By using PredictHer ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
PredictHer is a cycle-aware health intelligence app that combines menstrual cycle tracking, optional biometric data from wearable devices, and astrological calculations to provide personalized health insights.
PredictHer is a wellness and educational tool. It is not a medical device, not FDA-cleared, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Fertility estimates, hormone projections, and health insights provided by the app are informational only and should not be used as the sole basis for contraceptive or family planning decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PredictHer. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
PredictHer offers a subscription service billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. A 7-day free trial is included with your first subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

PredictHer integrates with third-party services including Oura Health, Anthropic (Claude AI), NASA, and Supabase. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding in PredictHer are owned by PredictHer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
PredictHer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
