Sophie ("Sophie" or "the App") is operated by PredictHer LLC ("PredictHer," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Sophie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sophie is a cycle-aware health intelligence app that combines menstrual cycle tracking, optional biometric data from wearable devices, and astrological calculations to provide personalized health insights.
Sophie is a wellness and educational tool. It is not a medical device, not FDA-cleared, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Fertility estimates, hormone projections, and health insights provided by the app are informational only. Sophie is not intended to be used for contraception or to prevent pregnancy. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice and family planning decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sophie. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Sophie offers a subscription service billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. A 7-day free trial is included with your first subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
You agree not to:
Sophie integrates with third-party services including Oura Health, Apple Health, AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic), LiveKit, NASA, Supabase, PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (crash and error reporting). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Program description. A Sophie user may invite people she chooses to her “circle.” If you opt in, Sophie sends you one text message a month letting you know she is entering a more demanding stretch of her cycle and how to be supportive. Messages contain only her first name and an approximate number of days — never her health information, symptoms, mood, cycle day, or anything she logged. Messages are sent by Sophie (PredictHer LLC) and identify Sophie as the sender; they are not official alerts or emergency communications of any kind.
How you opt in. Only by visiting our consent page at predicther.ai/amber, entering your own mobile number, and confirming. A Sophie user cannot opt you in on your behalf. We send one confirmation message when you opt in.
Message frequency. Up to 1 message per month, plus a one-time opt-in confirmation. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages; you will receive one final confirmation that you have been removed. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@predicther.ai. The Sophie user who added you can also remove you at any time in the app.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.
Your number. How we handle mobile numbers and opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding in Sophie are owned by PredictHer LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Sophie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
